This is our gold standard group program. This may not be for everyone as it requires you to commit to working out with us three times per week for a six week period.
But, if you are serious about giving your fitness goals a kick up the pants, then this could be the answer to your prayers.
You’ll journey together with a dedicated group of fellow Shakers through progressively more challenging classes that will take your fitness to the next level.
The 6 Week Shake Up program is available whether you are a current Latitude devotee or not, although client’s with a current package have access to early registration.
Groups are capped to 6 people.
